Can anyone order from your site?
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to place an order with us! Whether you are buying artificial flowers and accessories for your own retail store, for wholesale or for your special day, all customers are welcome.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we don't have a minimum order value! No matter how large or small your order, we'll process it, pack it and ship it directly to you. Everything is processed in a timely manner to ensure you don't have to wait long for your order.
How much is delivery?
We offer Free Delivery (UK Mainland) on orders over £95 plus vat or £7.50 plus vat delivery charge if below.
Ireland - Free delivery on orders over £325 nett or £20 delivery charge if below.

Do I need an account to buy from you?
Nope! When you enter the checkout you'll just need to fill in your details which means you don't have to create an account before your purchase. If you're a trade or wholesale customer, register to create an account before your purchase to receive trade discounts and wholesale prices.
Where do you deliver to?
We are able to ship all across the UK, Ireland and Europe. You can discover more about delivery charges over on our Delivery & Returns page.
For international orders, shipping rates depend on the volume of the order. Please contact us with your requirements as well as your address. One of our customer service team will be able to get back to you with more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) via courier 24 hour service (Excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays, some Scottish postcodes, Ireland and Export orders)
We are unable to guarantee a next day delivery service due to delays beyond our control. We will send an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders despatched on a Friday (Next Day Service) will be Monday delivery. Occasionally DPD will attempt on a Saturday.
Can I return any unwanted items?
We accept returns on unwanted items excluding bespoke and custom orders. If your order is not what you expected, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and MUST be dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of the intended return.
Are your flowers real or fake?
All of our flowers are artificial. The materials vary per bloom and are made from the highest quality materials. Please see individual listings for more details.
How do I pay?
To complete your order, you are able to pay through our secure online payment system. We accept a variety of payment methods including Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and Paypal.
Is VAT included in your prices?
All the prices shown on our website are subject to VAT.
Do you sell to the general public?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to purchase from us. All the prices shown on our site are available to the general public and subject to VAT.
Do you offer business and wholesale discounts?
We offer trade and wholesale discounts to registered customers, you can register for an account with us here.
For retail stockists and wedding traders, please allow 24 hours for your account to be verified. We'll email you once your account has been approved and then you'll be able to start shopping with the applied discount.
For wholesale customers, please contact us to receive a discount on selected bulk products.
How do I store artificial flowers and bouquets?
One of the many benefits of artificial flowers is that they can be ordered in advance. They should be stored in a dry area in the box they arrive in. Keep them out of the way of playful hands and pets as to not disturb your arrangement.
As with any fabric based product, keep them out of direct sunlight when storing them to avoid the colours fading or bleaching.
Artificial flowers can be kept for years and they will be as good as the day they arrived when stored correctly.

Can I view previous orders?
Yes, previous orders can be viewed from 'My Account', by selecting 'orders' from the account dashboard.
How do I change my password?
Account passwords can be changed from your account dashboard, by selecting 'edit your password and account details'. If you cannot log in, you can reset your password from here.
