No, we don't have a minimum order value! No matter how large or small your order, we'll process it, pack it and ship it directly to you. Everything is processed in a timely manner to ensure you don't have to wait long for your order.
We offer Free Delivery (UK Mainland) on orders over £95 plus vat or £7.50 plus vat delivery charge if below.
Ireland - Free delivery on orders over £300 nett or £20 delivery charge if below.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) via courier 24 hour service (Excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays, some Scottish postcodes, Ireland and Export orders)
We are unable to guarantee a next day delivery service due to delays beyond our control. We will send an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders despatched on a Friday (Next Day Service) will be Monday delivery. Occasionally DPD will attempt on a Saturday.
We accept returns on unwanted items excluding bespoke and custom orders. If your order is not what you expected, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and MUST be dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of the intended return.
All of our flowers are artificial. The materials vary per bloom and are made from the highest quality materials. Please see individual listings for more details.

One of the many benefits of artificial flowers is that they can be ordered in advance. They should be stored in a dry area in the box they arrive in. Keep them out of the way of playful hands and pets as to not disturb your arrangement.
As with any fabric based product, keep them out of direct sunlight when storing them to avoid the colours fading or bleaching.
Artificial flowers can be kept for years and they will be as good as the day they arrived when stored correctly.
