Dispatch & Lead Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, excluding orders containing bespoke or fragile items, and items subject to availability. Orders are dispatched using a 24-hour courier service (excludes weekends, Bank Holidays and some Scottish postcodes). Courier tracking information will be emailed on the day of dispatch. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
We can never guarantee next day delivery, as couriers occasionally misroute parcels, items may be out of stock or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders containing bespoke items will be dispatched together. All bespoke items will be photographed and met with your approval prior to dispatch. We aim to have all bespoke orders sent out within 14 days, but this may take slightly longer during our busy periods. If you need bespoke items in a rush, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will see if we can fit you in!

Deliveries are on a shipping quotation basis only. Please contact us with your requirements and delivery details for a delivery quotation. Please note we are unable to deliver bulky or fragile items outside of the UK. Alternatively, we are able to delivery to a UK shipping agent (UK delivery rates apply).
Signing For An Order
Please note that all deliveries will require a signature. Please check that you have received the correct number of parcels and that they appear to be undamaged before signing for them. If you find any damages or shortages, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for us to be able to take action.
Making Returns Simple
At Village Green, we want you to be happy with your order, so if something is not to your taste or not what you expected you are able to return it to our Melton Mowbray base, excluding bespoke and custom orders.
Please notify us if you wish to return an unwanted item within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be returned, unused and in their original packaging.
We will not refund the delivery charge or cost of return.
Please ensure you have adequate insurance if returning fragile or glass items, as we will not refund any items received damaged.
When you notify us that you wish to make a return, you then have 7 days to send out the items.
Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement with Village Green.
